She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Breiner-Melendez; her grandchildren, Jade Breiner and Eli Melendez; her great grandchild Eli Breiner; and her nieces and nephews, Teresa Holmes, Kristi Wood, Dana Breiner, Elisha Dodge, Kaci Johnson, Chad and Andy Breiner.
