He is survived by: his mother Virginia Burnett (Borchers); his son Marc; his brother Rod; his wife Tammy Booten; his children, Tashia Lynn, Cameron Lee of Anselmo and Tim Baker (Misty); his stepmother Leah Burnett; his siblings, Linda Bang (Rai), Teresa Kolkebeck (John), Kathy LaMothe (Lyle), David John (Angela), Steve Burnett (Michelle), Jim John, Greg Burnett (Christy), Mitch Burnett (Jessica) and Chris John (Tina); and his mother-in-law Norma Booten. He is also survived by sister-in-law Toni (Carl) French, two grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
