He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Bert" J. and Eva C. Hardy (Wells); his son Jerry; his brother Wayne; and his siblings-in-law, Bette Hardy, Gayle Hamilton and Leland Teahon.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Hardy of Anselmo and Jim Hardy (Elizabeth Hardy) of Hastings; his daughter-in-law Becky Hardy of Ainsworth; his grandchildren, Christina, Tony Buckles of Ainsworth, Brandon, Tea Hardy of Odenton, MD and Samantha Hardy (Aaron Dye) of Juniata; his stepgrandchildren, Blake Fahrenholtz, Paige Fahrenholtz, Reilly Schneider and Reid Fahrenholtz; his great grandchildren, Monroe, Jade, Anniston Buckles and Max Hardy; his stepgreat-grandchild Selah Fahrenholtz; and his siblings, Minnie Hamilton of Mullen, Don (Sandra Hardy), Bill (Diann Hardy) and Reta Teahon of Halsey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Family for later designation to the community of Anselmo.
