He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Schwenke and Ruby Schwenke (Evans); his wife Ardella Schwenke of John's Catholic Church; his brother Bernard "Bernie" Schwenke (Donna); and his in-laws, Earl and Henrietta Graham (Detrick).
He is survived by: his children, Susan Yant (John "Jack") of Minden, Pat Rankin (Dennis) of Oxford and Tim Schwenke (Enid) of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brock Yant (Tara), Christina Patefield (Mark), Trevor Hogeland (Cindee), Lilian Herout, Adam Schwenke (Mal), Rachel Schwenke and Rebekah Schwenke; his great grandchildren, Brody Yant, Holly, Lauren, Graham Patefield, Skyler Marsh, Gage, Payton, Kaden Herout and Nyla Schwenke; his stepgrandchildren, Sean, Shaylee and Jakoby; his great great grandchild Emeree Yant; and his siblings-in-law, Jeannie Bose and William "Bill" Deppe of Montana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
A memorial has been established in Roger's honor and kindly suggested to the Orleans AA.
