He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Roscoe Frink; and his siblings-in-law, Ross Thompson, Phyllis Ladine and Gina Ladine. He is survived by: his children, Harold Christian and Thurma Grace Gibbins (Nelck); his wife Joyce Gibbins of Alma; his children, Vickie Frink of Elm Creek, Nebraska, Valerie Broeker (Alan) of Milford, Nebraska and Scott Gibbins of Alma; his grandchildren, Shelley Shively (Rich) of Overton, Nebraska, Allan Frink of Elm Creek, Cory Broeker (Lacey) of Milford, Adam Broeker (Lisa) of Kansas City, Missouri and Devon Broeker of Wood Heights, Missouri; his siblings, Bonnie Thompson of Sidney and Roland Gibbins (Roz) of Minden, Nebraska; and his brothers-in-law, Dick Ladine of Gurley, Duane Ladine of California and Lyal Ladine of New Jersey. He is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
A memorial has been established in Richard's honor and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
