He is survived by: his spouses, Chrisella Wyman and Chris Lewis of Alma, NE; his sons, Darrin Lewis (Jan) of Kearney, NE, David Lewis (Kellie) of Juniata, NE and Dustin Lewis (Amber) of Holstein, NE; his sister Laurel Cohn of Grand Island, NE; his mother-in-law Berniece Wyman of Hastings, NE; and also Bette Augustin of Hastings, NE. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
