He was predeceased by: his daughter Kristi; and his brother Don Schippert. He is survived by: his siblings, Heinrich Albert and Inez Ruth Schippert (Ellrod); his wife Nancy Dobberstein of Alma; his children, Mark Schippert (Trish) of Minden, Nebraska, Kelly Schippert (Kim Robinson) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Aliese Bowman of Alma; his grandchildren, Brandon Bell (Jackilyn), Mark Schippert, Samantha Weiss (Stephen), Jessica Keeten (Blake), Nicholas Schippert (Brittany), Richard Parton and Kathleen Hamilton (Randy); his brother-in-law Richard Dobberstein (Myra); and also Kristi. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in Bub's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
