He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Marvin Gorsuch (JoAnn), Alan Gorsuch (Susan), Loren Gorsuch (Franchone Mooney) and Karen Petersen (Travis); his brother Paul; and his grandchildren, Dean Gorsuch (Bekah), Michelle Lipker (Josh), Erin Gorsuch (Dustin Wyckoff), Levi Leonard-Gorsuch (Danny), Bailey Throckmorton (Topher), Lauren Gartrell (Kort), Shaley Wamboldt (Alex) and Taylor Petersen.
