He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Krause and Esther Krause (Gasal); and his brother Howard Krause. He is survived by: his wife Jane Krause; his son Michael Krause; his daughter-in-law Susan Krause (Storm); his daughter Lisa Langemeier (Krause); his son-in-law John Langemeier; his grandchildren, Megan Moore (Krause), Ben Langemeier and Chad Langemeier; his great grandchildren, Blake Langemeier and Oliver Moore; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Carlson (Merlyn Carlson) and Carolyn Krause.
