He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roy and Beulah Marie Furley (Angus); his siblings, Earl, Paul, Jim, Betty and Lois; his siblings-in-law, Arland Knapp and Beulah Knapp; and his parents-in-law, Clarence and Gertrude Knapp.
He is survived by: his wife Neldagene Knapp; his children, Debra Smith (Bill), Gina Anders (Russ) and Douglas Furley; his grandchildren, Greg Brown (Shana), Lacey Herring (Adam), Levi Anders (Jess), Candice Gibson (Justin), Melissa Smith, Chance Smith (Hannah), Kyle Furley (Lindsay), Kohl (Shaylee) and Maison Furley (Colleen); his brother Jerry Furley (Sandy); and his sister-in-law Barbara Furley. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran School Tree Fund or to a charity of the donor's choice.
