He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin and Phoebe Franklin (Mundt); and his wife Sandy. He is survived by: his brother Jack; his daughters, Susan Elliott (Tracy) of Cheyenne, WY and Jane Gates (Jim) of Worland, WY; his grandchildren, Lauren Onate (Enrique) of Pauls Valley, OK, Ross Elliott (Ryanna Padilla) of Greeley, CO, Carmen Elliott of Cheyenne and Hunter Elliott (Cami) of Cheyenne; his close friend Sandy Kling; and his siblings-in-law, Betty, Pete Rauch of Monett, MO and Mary Jo Decker of Powell, WY. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
