It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramona Requejo of Alliance, Nebraska, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ysabel Herrera and Maria Anita Herrera (Suarez); her siblings, Frank Herrera, Tony Herrera, Loretta Hernandez, Louie Herrera and Josephine Cano; her sons-in-law, Stan Walton and Kenny Trimble; and her grandson Dennis "DJ" Cabello, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Manuel Requejo; her children, Rudy Requejo of Bismarck, ND, Tom Requejo (Rhonda) of Alliance, Gloria Walton of Killian, TX, Angie Trimble of Alliance, Paula Durham (Ken) of Sheridan, WY, Cecilia Requejo and Mary Gresens (Mark) of Alliance; and her siblings, Ruth Guerra of Ft. Worth, TX, Areilio Herrera of San Jose, CA, Ebaristo Herrera of New York, Monica Flores of Tacoma, WA, Pete Herrera of Leoti, KS, Tillo Herrera of Martin, SD and Augustine Herrera of Cheyenne, WY. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
