He is survived by: his children, Dennis Powell (Christal) of Alliance, Sue Braunsroth (Bill) of Loveland, CO and Brenda Thomas of Alliance; his grandchildren, Stacy Williams (Brinkley), Brandon Powell (Kristin), Jason Braunsroth (Kaela), Jessica Braunsroth, Evan Braunsroth, Brent Thomas and Sarah Thomas; his great grandchildren, Ashley Williams, Ashton Williams, Ayden Williams, Tyler Pflughaupt, Neo Powell, Dax Powell, Brayden Braunsroth and Hudson Braunsroth; his sister Marie Sorum of Alliance; and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Powell, Arlene Powell of Alliance, Alma Wood of Lubbock, TX and Martin Collins of Hemingford.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to RiteCare Scottish Childhood Language Program or Alliance United Methodist Church.
