He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick O'Neill and Mary O'Neill (Cunningham); and his wife Sarah M. O'Neill. He is survived by: his daughter Cara; his son-in-law Jeff Kammerer of Alliance; and his sister Colleen O'Neill of Redondo Beach, California.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
