He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Herman and Margaret Toedtli (Gindling); his son Patrick (Annette) of Clermont, FI; his daughter-in-law Janet; his brother Don; his sister-in-law Terry Dunham A; and also, Harold and Dorothy Parker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jody Williamson (Dick) of Fort Worth, TX and Dana Fredrick (Dan) of Grand Island, NE.; his wife Kathie Parker; his son Chris (Janet) of Alliance; his daughter-in-law Annette; and his brothers-in-law, Joe (Kathy) and Rod Parker.
Memorials may be given to the Presbyterian Church, Alliance Volunteer Fire Department and Carnegie Arts Center.
