Bailey; his brother-in-law William "Bill" Foulkrod; his nieces and nephews, Todd Foulkrod of Lucama, NC, Scott Bailey of Waterloo, NY, Kim Foulkrod Moore (Randy) of Lucama, NC, Lisa Bailey Shell (Patrick) of Seneca Falls, NY, Rachel Hartman of Columbus, OH and Cassandra Hartman of Columbus, OH; his close friends, Jim and Jeryl Hawk; and his family, Bill Longacre, Don and Julie Sheldon.
