He is survived by: his wife Bobi Sample; his daughter Caroline Lewis (Jason) of Lillian, AL; his grandchildren, Luke Lewis and Lillie Peterson (Kade); his great grandchild Sutton Peterson; his former spouses, Erin DuBray (Al) and Lisa Burri (Matt) of Alliance; his grandchildren, Abigail Burri, Ivan Burri, Brooklyn Burri, Shawn Sample, Sofee Sample, Savannah Sample, Francis DuBray, Brianna DuBray, Wyatt Davis and Willow Davis; his great grandchild Dominique Sample; his sisters, Georgia Briery of Norton, KS and Mary Courtney; and his sister-in-law Betty Courtney of Alabama.
Memorials may be given to the Knights of Columbus or Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
