She is survived by: her parents, Diana Capen (Peska) of St. Louis and Randy Capen of Alma; her husband John Burgett of Alliance, Nebraska; her siblings, Matthew Capen, Melanie Leverett and Marcie McGillis; her nieces and nephews, Rachael, Emily, Brandon Searfoss, Logan Lance, Troy Leverett (Casey), Breanna Yorch, Benjamin and Bryce Hartman; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Arabella, Starling, Aubrey, Paisley, Bodhi and Luca; her close friend Melissa; and also, Krissy and Kallie.
