He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jim Bell and Patty Bell (Kilgroe) of Berea; his sons, Devin Bell of Monroe and Damien Bell of Bridgeport; his siblings, Joshua Bell of Alliance and Liberty Robbins (Jesse) of Cheyenne, WY; his niece Sadie Robbins of Cheyenne, WY; his nephew Browning Robbins of Cheyenne, WY.; his aunts and uncles, Bill of Alliance, Carol Bell of Alliance, Rocky of Alliance and Kathy Bell of Alliance; his grandparents, Jim and Rose Bell; his stepgrandmother Lenore Bell; his grandparents, L. H. Kilgroe and Jackie Krieg; and his aunts and uncles, Linda Sanchez, Sherry Sanchez, Jim Kilgroe and Scott Foley.
