He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hoop and Charlene Little Hoop (Picket Pin); and his siblings, Norma, Laura Little Hoop and Dezi Little Hoop.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Chavez, Clifford Little Hoop of Alliance, Brenda Cook of Scottsbluff, Norman Little Hoop of Alliance, Carmen Little Hoop of Alliance, Lonnie Little Hoop of Alliance, Elaine Little Hoop of Alliance and Erica Perez of Rushville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
