He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Bernard Girard and Helen Elizabeth Newberry Girard; and his brother Bernard "Bernie" Girard. He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Girard (Mary) of Grove City, Tom Girard of Kingman and Helen Girard Knapp of Riverton; and his close friends, Susie Tritle, Karen Trussell, Chan, Connie Schwartz and Lila Fiebeg. He is also survived by his numerous nephews, nieces, great nieces and great nephews.
