He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Milo and Inez Woods (Dempsey); and his siblings, Richard, Walter, Elmer, Betty Davis, Margaret Hewitt and Leota Haskett.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ann Hooper; his sons, Scott Woods (Angela) of Alliance and Andy Woods (Willa) of Scottsbluff; and his brother Jerry Woods (Sharon) of Alliance. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
