We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2023, at the age of 94, Ida Mae Drabbels (Alliance, Nebraska), born in Gordon, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Kling and Augusta Kling (Poppe); her husband Lawrence Drabbels; her daughter Sharon; and her siblings, Floyd, Lester, Inez, Dorothy and Donna Mae.
She is survived by: her daughter Kay; her son-in-law Lee Backstrom of Thornton, CO; her son Tad Drabbels of Alliance; her grandchildren, Mark Backstrom (Maura) of Fort Collins, CO and Michelle Delier (Rob) of Westminster, CO; and her great grandchildren, Colton, Caitlyn Chris, Nova and Lana.
Memorials may be given to Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran School or Highland Park Care Center.
