He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Pollack and Louise Pollack; and his siblings, Wolfgang and Elisabeth. He is survived by: his wife Angelika of Alliance; his children, Stephan (Tonya) and Janette; his grandchildren, Sydney (Dustin), Nicholas (Jacquelene), Kristin, Trevor, Eric, Dusty and Kaylea; and his nephews, Harald and Michael Schatte of Germany. He is also survived by his parents, brother, sister, brother-in-law, and nephews.
The family suggests that memorials be made to lung cancer research or an animal shelter of the donor's choice.
