He was predeceased by: his adoptive father Joseph Eagle Elk; his sisters, Hilda Elk and Corrina Eagle Elk; and his nephew Adrian Bordeaux. He is survived by: his parents, Ruben Stands and Charlotte Lopez (Eagle Elk); his children, Dalaney Eagle Elk, Dallas Elk and Declan Eagle Elk; his adoptive mother Victoria Eagle Elk of Kyle, SD; his siblings, Percell Black Bull, Jesse, Sr., Christopher, Cheyenne Eagle Elk, Melinda Walking Eagle, Emily Harris and Diane Eagle Elk; his nephew Jesse "J. R."; his nieces, Adelle "Wiyaka" Eagle Elk, Nicole "Sister" Rodriguez and Billie Jo; his cousins, Pam, Clarissa, Bob, Michael and Georgine Eagle Elk; and also Jamie Holloway of Bayard, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family & friends.
