He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth D. Lee (Dobby) and Betty Jean Lee (Armstrong) of Alliance. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth German; his son Phillip Lee (Mandy) of Dallas; his stepson Brian Smith of Wyoming; his granddaughters, Morgan and Evelyn Lee of Dallas; his sister Debra Schroeder (Mark) of West Point; his nephews, David Schroeder (Jessica) of Arlington Heights, IL and Jeffrey Schroeder (Robin) of West Point, NE.; his aunt Hazel; his uncle Douglas Gregory of Longmont, Colorado.; his siblings, Colleen and Curtis Garner; his nephews, Brian Garner (Michelle) of Lincoln, NE, Daniel Garner (Kari) of Torrington, WY and Dustin Garner of Bridgeport, NE; and his sons, James Karell (Christine) of Alliance and Mark Wolvington (Dori) of Seattle.
