She is survived by: her husband Joe Lewis; her son Joseph Scott Lewis (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Carter, Addison and Reid; her siblings, Edwin Scott (Ruth) of Colorado Springs, Sandra Hock (Larry) of Cozad and Jean Ramsey (Don) of Aurora, Nebraska; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Lewis (Cindy) of Raymore, Greg Lewis (Judie) of Naples, Florida and Rebecca DeWitt-Earley of Cape Coral, Florida..
