He is survived by: his former wife Linda Mae Knote (Nicks); his wife Marilyn; his sons, Thomas of Des Moines, IA and Wayne (Amanda) of Hemingford, NE; his granddaughters, Emily Knote of Hemingford, NE and Sara Knote of Hemingford, NE; and his sisters, Lois Knote Ratliff, Linda Knote Keller, Marietta Knote Keller and Nancy Knote MacDonald. He is also survived by many relatives, and friends.
