He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry G. Carter and Vera Carter (Tyndall); and his daughter Erica Carter. He is survived by: his son Kyle Carter of Alliance; and his brothers, Kenneth Carter (Ronda) of North Platte, Mark Carter of Las Vegas, NV and Greg Carter (Lisa) of Alliance. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Memorials may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
