He is survived by: his wife Jean Christensen of Alliance; his daughters, Kim Metz (Jeff) of Angora and Tori Marchant of Scottsbluff; his grandsons, Dillon and Logan Metz of Angora; his siblings, Bob Marchant of Chadron, Don Marchant (Laurie) of Kaw City, Oklahoma and Norene Jensen (Steve) of Gering; his brothers-in-law, Bob Olson of Alliance and Melvin Christensen of Chadron; his nieces and nephews, Cindi Nielsen, Jodi Sutphen, Amy Varner, Christi Glenn, Brad Olson, Daniel Marchant, Bill Christensen, Brian Fisher, Matt Jensen and Mark Jensen; and his pets, Missy and Louie.
Memorials may be given to PAWS in Alliance or the Bridgeport High School Track Program in Bridgeport Nebraska.
