He is survived by: his wife Patty (Patty); his children, Lisa Kingsley (Stan) and Curt Bullock; his grandchildren, Kyrstin Schleicher (Jared), Kyarra Bullock and Kai Bullock; his great grandchildren, Ollie Schleicher and Charleigh Schleicher; his brother Steven Bullock; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Ford (Steve) and Craig Nicholson (Helga). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
