We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Allan John Gerk (Alliance, Nebraska), born in Julesburg, Colorado. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Allan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isidore Gerk and Mary Gerk (Lechman); his nephew John Lankford; his sister-in-law Jo Beth Gerk; and his son-in-law Jeffery Kloth.
He is survived by: his wife Carol J Adamson of Scottsbluff, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and several long-time friends.
It is respectfully requested that in lieu of flowers, memorials in Allan's honor be made to your local Hospice or Veterans Association as Allan was forever grateful for all of their care.
