He was predeceased by: his parents, Flavion Raney and Violet Raney (Trexler); his siblings, Dean Raney, Wanda Walker and Sandra Ritter; his son Kevin Duane Raney; and his grandchildren, Dana Lynn Raney and James Zipse.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Joanne (Leland); his wife Melvina Pickett; and his children, Patrick Delroy Boley (Sandy), David Raney (Linda) and Tammy Gabel (David). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
