He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Tjaden and Frances Tjaden Sr. (Ogg); his son Jon Tjaden; and his brother Michael Tjaden. He is survived by: his children, Wesley Tjaden III (Heather), Tisha Smith (Joel) and Brandon Tjaden (Alexandra); his grandchildren, Ariel Tjaden, Noah Tjaden, Dylan Smith, Anna Smith, Lennon Tjaden, Max Tjaden, Burke Tjaden and Reid Tjaden; his siblings, Albert Stultz, Dennis Tjaden, Jerry Tjaden, Joel Tjaden, Deborah Tjaden and Eileen Shriner; and his close friend Kristi Katzberg.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the All Faiths Funeral Home (2929 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68801). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Stuhr Museum.
