She is survived by: her former husband Jeffrey Heiden; her children, Bridget Uribe of Grand Island, Rachel Gass of Grand Island, Michelle Boltz (Dominic) of Alda, Alicia Martinez of Alda and Jesus Martinez of Alda; her grandchildren, Madison, Garrett Jr., Sasha, Daniel, Alejandro, Antonio, Ryker and Mason; and her siblings, James Potrzeba, Donnie Price (Ashley) and Diane Villatoro (Jorge). She is also survived by children and then with her beloved grandchildren.
