It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence English of Alda, Nebraska, born in Wood River, Nebraska, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest English and Mary English (Kearney); his grandson Ryker Brandt; and his siblings, Harold, Bernard, Jake, Roma Spellman and Barbara Hayden.
He is survived by: his wife Gayalyn English of Alda, NE.; his children, Mitch English (Lisa) of Kearney, NE, Lisa Brandt (Chuck) of Cairo, NE, Nikki Bond (Chris) of Wood River, NE and Kipp English (Marci) of Wood River, NE; his sister Arlene Wiseman of Omaha, NE; and his siblings-in-law, Irene Lammers, Delores English, Eileen English, Dee Fraser and Rod Brester.
