It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore E. Travis of Albion, Nebraska, who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theodore E. Travis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Joseph and Jean Marie Travis (Hayer); his sons, Clint Eugene and Wade Mathew Travis; his brother Max Travis (Francis); and his parents-in-law, Paul and Agnes Mather.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Travis of Albion, NE; his children, Joel Travis (Anastasia) of Albion, NE, Dick Travis (Darla) of Elm Creek, NE, Joni Tilford (Ken) of Roco, NE and Dixi Wellman (Rusty) of Waverly, NE; and his brother Kelley Travis (Beverlee) of Waverly, NE. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 soon to be 11 great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Levander Funeral Home (1555 S 6th St, Albion, NE 68620). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church - Albion (605 W Marengo St, Albion, NE 68620).
