He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Morton and Margaret Morton Andersen (Volkman); his stepfather Dexter Andersen; and his brother-in-law Dale Savela. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Savela of Albion, NE; his children, Lisa Otto (Chris) of Oxford, OH, Jeffrey Morton (Rochelle) of Lincoln, NE, Bradley Morton (Janet) of Columbus, NE, David Morton of Lincoln, NE and Kelly Starman (John) of Petersburg, NE; his grandsons, Nicholas, Jonathan, Patrick and Daniel Otto; his children, Heather, Christie Morton, Scott, Ryan, Megan Morton, Liam, Alahnnah, Susan, Cameron Morton, Sarah Vàzquez, Greg, Peter and Matthew Starman; his siblings, Deryle Morton (Nadine) of Lincoln, NE and Pam Landrum (Jack) of Monticello, IN; and his sister-in-law Joyce Katainen (John "Ray") of Columbus, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
