He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Strand (Slattery) of Ainsworth; his former wife Patsy Denny of Newport, Nebraska.; his fiancée Vicki Condon of Winner; his grandchildren, Darion Dye, Olivia Strand, DaShawn Sellers-Strand, Chloe Strand, Lily Dye and Bo Dye; his partner's son Lane Hall of Sutherland, Nebraska; his daughters, Jessica Dye (Jason) of Chadron, Ashly O'Keefe of North Platte and Sheena Strand of Rapid City; his siblings, Rick Philbrick (Jana) of Gillette, Rob Strand (Lori) of Ainsworth, Shane Philbrick of Springview, Nebraska and Deb Assarsson (Bill) of Bassett; and the mother of his children Patsy Strand of North Platte.
In lieu of flowers, memorials were suggested to the family in Tom's name.
