He is survived by: his wife Shirley McVey; his children, Derek, Neri Barstow, Tamara Barstow (Jim Quisenberry), Tracy Burnham (James) and Suzy Barstow (Mike Sissel); his stepson Randy McVey (Becky); and his brother Henry Barstow. He is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the family in Marlan's name for a future designation.
