She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond E. Biltoft; and her children, Danny Ray Biltoft and Peggy Sue German. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Lou Weese (Jeff) of Wichita; her son-in-law Gary German of Kansas; and her close friends, Pat and Colleen Lentz of Ainsworth. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Memorials were suggested to the Brown County Community Foundation in Leona's name.
