He was predeceased by: his wife Gladyce "Iodine" Lurz. He is survived by: his children, Laura Cordes (Robert), Chad Lurz, Mike Lurz (Barb) and James Lurz, Jr.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
