It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald E. Priest (Ainsworth, Nebraska), who passed away on April 29, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis "Jack" and Vera Priest (Killion); his wife Betty Priest; his son Larry Eugene Priest; and his sister Leona Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Simonson (Harlan) of Ainsworth, Jeri Lea Huddle (Gordy) of Thedford, Nebraska, David Priest (Julie) of Long Pine and Mark Priest (Sandy) of Merna, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Jesse Huddle (Megan), Darin Priest (Layne), Daniel Priest (Laura), Ryan, Chad Simonson, Adyson and Caenyn Priest; his great grandchildren, Alyvia, Wrenley Priest, MaKenna and Draiden Priest; and his siblings, Ruth Allen of Johnstown, Ted Priest (Marilyn) of Roosevelt and Dallas Priest (Alberta) of Albuquerque. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
