She was predeceased by: her siblings, Elsie (James), Ellen Duffield, Faye Ingalls Hartgrave, Lora Ingalls, Nyle and Lee McNamee.
She is survived by: her husband James M. Howard; her children, Jimmie Howard of Ainsworth, Lori Clopton (JC) of Ainsworth and Niki Songer (Daniel) of Norfolk; her grandchildren, Shelby Lierman (Luis) of Wakefield and Derek Lierman (Shay) of Wayne; her great grandchildren, Nayvi, Journi and Brantley; and her close friend Hank Kerner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials were suggested to the family for a future designation.
