He is survived by: his daughter Colleen Viola (John) of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Ryan (Maria) and Paul; his great grandchildren, Daniel, Mason, Nolan and Harlan Viola; his son Mark Kozisek (Joni) of Ainsworth; his grandchildren, Tye, Drew, Claire and Conner; his son Greg Kozisek (Sue) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Matthew (Jenn) and Kellin; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Wesley and Ella; and his siblings, Bill Kozisek (JoAnn), Larry Kozisek (Jan) and Mariann Kozisek.
