He was predeceased by: his grandfather John "Jack" Harty. He is survived by: his parents, Aaron Jackman of Johnstown, Nebraska and Maureen Jackman (Harty) of Ainsworth; his brothers, Kyle of Ainsworth and Aiden of Ainsworth; his grandparents, Jimmy, Connie Jackman of Johnstown and Maxine Harty of Deer River, Minnesota; his aunts, Alana Jackman (Frank Webb) of Hubbard, Texas and Brittanie (Todd Pinneo); his cousins, Ava and Alex Larmon of Rising City, Nebraska; his uncle Dr. John Harty of Lawrence, Kansas; and his godparents, Emily Schulz of Rapid City and Michael Wheeler of Rapid City.

Memorials were suggested to a memorial fund created in Conner's name for improvements to the Ainsworth High School Weight Room.
