He is survived by: his wife Janie Cooper of Adams; his sons, David Oltman (Suzanne) of Adams, Randy Oltman (Lisa) of Lincoln and Matt Oltman of Lincoln; his brother Paul Oltman of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Alissa Thiemann, Adam Axmann, Brittany Hart (Cory), Brandon Oltman (Nicole), Austin Oltman, Gage Oltman, Kaden Oltman and Maryn Oltman; and his great grandchildren, Addison Thiemann, Makenna Thiemann, Bentley Hart, Kash Hart and Beau Hart.
A memorial has been established to the family for future designation.
