She was predeceased by: her father Edgar Turner; and her nephew J. J. Turner. She is survived by: her husband Alvie Bouwens of Adams; her children, Debi Hestermann (Jeff) of Adams, Tina Sondgeroth (Travis) of Lincoln, April Deveaux of Firth, Steven Bouwens (Jeanne) of Lincoln and Laurie Sader (Hank) of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Lance Bouwens (Schyler), Devan Bouwens (Shannon) of Josh Kerl, H. D., Hanna Sader, Tavish Hestermann, Tessa Hestermann, Emma Wilshusen (Ian), Drew Sondgeroth, Ayesiah Deveaux and Trey Deveaux; her mother Geneva Turner of Milwauke, Oregon; and her brother Darrie Turner (Debbie) of Milwauke, Oregon. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to the family's choice.
