He is survived by: his son Richard Simon "Richie" of Zeeland; his sisters, Lucretia Feist (Victor) of Zeeland, Rita Mastel (Leo) of Strasburg, ND and LaVerne Fettig (Gene) of Bismarck, ND; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Vogel of Bismarck, ND and James Engelhart.
