He is survived by: his children, Kelly Ham (Mary), Rochelle Hubert, Donna Honeycutt (Randy), Jack Ham (Carrie), Jennifer Holtz (Mike), Shannon Evanouski and Marissa Evanouski; and his siblings, Myron, Mallory, Mitchel and Merlin. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
